GE Mark V Speed Detection and Control Interface Board (SDCI). Processes turbine speed signals from magnetic pickups and provides speed control output to the governor servo system. Converts raw speed pulse signals to digital speed values for the Mark V controller. Critical for turbine startup sequencing, speed matching during synchronization, and overspeed protection. Interfaces with TCQE controller boards.
