Industrial automation components can look similar while having different electrical, firmware, connector, or system requirements. Match every character in the manufacturer part number before ordering.

Understand product condition

New items are unused surplus stock. Packaging may be sealed, open, replacement, or shelf-worn. Used in Great Condition items have been previously installed or operated and are represented as serviceable used hardware.

Check lifecycle and compatibility

Many industrial parts support legacy systems and may be discontinued by the manufacturer. Confirm the module family, rack, controller, firmware requirements, voltage, and communication protocol with your technical documentation.
